  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Orders damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Approval

All return requests must be approved before sending the item back.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Refunds

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.


Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
